I recently completed a condo transaction with Dream Town and wanted to write you regarding the agent I was working with, Lauren Shimmon. As I am sure you are aware, she is a great agent. Specifically, in my transaction she really is the reason that the sale got back on track and she ensured the deal got done. We were dealing with an extremely difficult seller and Lauren stay focused through the whole transaction wearing many hats. She even educated the sellers realtor on how a real estate transaction should flow as he was less experienced. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond in this transaction. She was constantly available to reassure me that she would get this done and she did. Also, the seller is a non real estate lawyer and tried to represent herself in the transaction which added another layer of complexity. I now have a great place to live and none of this would have happened unless Lauren was my agent. I'm not sure if there are any special write ups or awards that Lauren would be eligible for but this was an extremely difficult transaction on multiple levels, and I would like to nominate Lauren for this. Being a manager myself I know it's extremely difficult to find people that will work this hard for your organization and go above and beyond like Lauren did. I can't thank Lauren enough for all her help.
